Expanding the Little Branch concept to a 20's supper club inspired format seating 125 and bringing the jazz element to the forefront. Mr Schwartz led the design and construction of the bar itself, created and designed the menu and print/web materials, Implemented the service plan and trained the staff incorporating and managing a new POS system.
